Vivian’s career in the financial services industry began over 36 years ago when she joined Merrill Lynch. While working there, she earned her undergraduate degree in Finance and Masters of Business Administration. After a rewarding 30 year career in Merrill Lynch’s Asset Management Division, she retired from her position as Director and Portfolio Manager.
Vivian began her real estate career in 2004 as a licensed real estate salesperson with a local brokerage office near her home in East Moriches, NY. After several moves over the past years, she recently became broker, co-owner of Gateway to the Hamptons Real Estate in Speonk, NY.
