Karen Kocis

Karen earned her degree in Health Science as a Health Educator. She worked in the
Health care industry for ten years recruiting and retaining health care professionals. After raising her two children, Kristen and D.J., Karen decided to venture into real estate.
In 2002, Karen began her career in real estate at Coldwell Banker in Westhampton
Beach. After a successful four years there, she moved to Town and Country Real Estate,
also in Westhampton. Most recently, Karen joined the group at Gateway to the
Hamptons Real Estate. She resides in Manorville with her husband, Dan, who is
President and CEO of Multivariate Algorithms Inc.
Karen is a docent at the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton, NY. She is a gourmet cook who loves to entertain. Karen also loves swimming, tennis and, of course, shopping and will help you to shop for the best real estate deal.
